Namaste, Janet.”Who was Janet Carscadden?Janet Carscadden was the founder of Evolution PT and Yoga, a Yoga studio in Burlington. She will be remembered for her kind heart, inquisitive mind, and extraordinary talents. She was known to be a large soul, a peacemaker and healer.Janet gave herself every day to our Home Base clients, either living in the same house or across the street from 2 of them. This past Thanksgiving when H was sad because he couldn’t see his family in TX, Janet turned to him and said, in spite of having a hard time verbalizing at all, “Your family’s right here.” Her intuition and compassion reached out past her illness to H with those very true & comforting words.Along with many volunteers, she would organize the community dinners. She had a smile for everyone who came through the doors.
