9 Months Into Remission From Stage 4 Cancer [Video]

Every day in remission from stage 4 melanoma is a good day, so whenever I get to post about month milestones, it’s a happy time. In this one, I also show you the Mental Health Whiteboard I keep in my room, and explain the phrases I’m aiming for – specifically durable remission from metastatic cancer.

This cancer vlog has made my life as a cancer patient so much more complete (and easier to tolerate). I hope that I can continue to produce these for many more months and years of remission. The goal of being durable is that I’ll be ready for whatever comes my way, but I think I’ve pushed my luck pretty hard thus far.
