Alberto Puccini, MD, Humanitas Research Hospital, Milan, Italy, gives an overview of findings from an observational real-world study of patients with deficient mismatch repair (dMMR) colon cancer. Whilst adjuvant chemotherapy was effective in stage III colon cancer, it was not beneficial in stage II colon cancer.
