Acute myeloid leukemia a type of blood cancer where excess of immature white blood cells or myeloid line of blood-forming cells is made by the bone marrow.
It is caused by a change in the DNA of the blood-forming cells in the bone marrow.
Fever, fatigue and easy bruising of the body are the commonly observed symptoms.
