The Acute Leukemia Advocates Network (ALAN) is an independent global network of patient organizations on a mission to improve the lives of those affected by acute leukemias through patient advocacy efforts and delivering tailored services to patients and carers.

In the fourth episode of our “Blood Cancer, Explained” video series, we were joined by our advocacy partner at ALAN to discuss the complexity of an acute myeloid leukemia (AML) diagnosis from the perspective of both the patient and caregiver. As part of our conversation, we delved into ALAN’s research insights to gain perspectives on different aspects of the AML journey and how it affects everyone differently.
