Bob Dossett [Video]

BILLINGS – Bob Dossett passed away surrounded by his family on February 2, 2024, at the age of 71, after a courageous battle against pancreatic cancer. There was not a day since the August 3, 2023, diagnosis that he wasn’t ready to take on anything this disease threw his way and he always had the comeback, “Let’s Do It”, when it came to surgery or treatment.

Bob was born April 23, 1952, at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, Texas, the oldest son of Robert Odell and Mary Jo Dossett.

Growing up in Tyler, Texas, he attended elementary school, grades 1 through 3. The family moved to Diboll, Texas in 1960 where he attended Diboll Elementary and Diboll High School, graduating in 1971. He went on to earn an associate degree in Metallurgy from Angelina State College in Lufkin, Texas.
