Case Study of Sachin for Colon Cancer Stage 3.

Eight months ago, he experienced stomach pain. We took him to Jeevan Hospital in Modinagar, where they began treating him incorrectly.

The patient who underwent a PET-CT scan revealed a lump in the CT scan. They initiated medication for TB to treat the lump.

They confirmed that he had colon cancer.

We went to the best hospital in Delhi, Indraprastha, Apollo Hospital. There we found out which doctors are good. Dr. Deepak Govil and Dr. Vivek Tandon performed the surgery.

Dr Manish Singhal is the best Chemotherapy specialist.

After his 10th chemotherapy session, on September 14th, his stomach began hurting, so we brought him here. His condition was very serious, and we found out that he had diabetes.

He was on a ventilator for 3 days.

Dr. Manish Singhal is like God to us.

Dr. Manish Singhal told me on Friday that he needs three days’ time. If he doesn’t have any problem for three days, I’ll save him.

Otherwise, it’s a difficult situation.

Dr. Manish Singhal is like a god who saved our brother.

Explained By Dr Manish Singhal

Since he was in Colon Cancer stage 3 , we began his chemotherapy after the operation.

He completed his 9th Chemotherapy cycle in a very good way.

In the 10th cycle, Sachin had a severe toxicity called Diabetes Mellitus.

He didn’t have a history of diabetes, but for some reason, maybe due to the chemotherapy, he developed diabetes, which might have been overlooked, and he wasn’t aware of it. This led to Diabetic Ketoacidosis.

We treated Sachin for Diabetic Ketoacidosis, and now he is completely fine. He is continuing his remaining chemotherapy sessions.

70-75 % is the chance that he remains cured for life and of course, he will remain under follow-up.

If colon cancer does not return for 3 years, then we can assume that colon cancer has been cured forever.

3-year Disease-free survival is a surrogate marker of overall survival in Large Intestine Cancers ( Colon Cancer).

Normally, Chemotherapy doesn’t Cause Diabetes.

But now, her blood sugar levels are under control, and she is able to complete her treatment.
