Shine Arslanian faced challenges from the moment he was born. He has two rare genetic conditions: Popliteal Pterygium Syndrome and Ectodermal Dysplasia. But with help from his UC Davis Children’s Hospital care team, he overcame the odds and now runs on prosthetic legs and Paralympic dreams.
