The Cole Eye Institute is undergoing an exciting transformation, with the Jeffrey and Patricia Cole Pavilion building expansion that will more than double the size of our main campus location. This expansion will add 50 new exam rooms, a new surgical center with 12 operating rooms, a refractive surgery suite with 3 operating rooms, and a leading-edge educational space for our residents and fellows.

We have grown to a robust team of 125 ophthalmologists, optometrists, and research scientists who over the past year have done over 360,000 outpatient visits, 19,500 surgeries, and 53 clinical trials. We are also proud to continue our deep commitment to education with a recent expansion to 5 residents per year, and currently have 53 residents, fellows and research graduate students.
