This works aims to investigate the effect of inhibition of EZH2 in anaplastic thyroid cancer and differentiation using two different strategies to block EZH2 in KTC2 cell lines: i) a temporary strategy with the GSK126 drug, and ii) a permanent inhibition targeting EZH2 gene with CRISPR/Cas9.
