Distal gastrectomy/D2 lymphadenectomy for early pyloric gastric adenocarcinoma. Unedited, 4x speed [Video]

@SamSYoonMD This surgery is on a thin patient with an early pyloric gastric adenocarcinoma. The video is unedited and at 4x speed. A distal gastrectomy (antrectomy) was performed with D2 lymphadenectomy (node stations (1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8a, 9, 11p). A Roux-en-Y reconstruction was performed, antecolic, with a 50 cm Roux limb. The mesenteric traps were closed. This surgery was performed by me in 2017. Since then, I have made a few modifications to my technique, which I will demonstrate in a future video.
