Dr. Deborah Schrag’s Research Keynote from the Young-Onset Colorectal Cancer Center Annual Forum [Video]

At the 5th Annual Young-Onset Colorectal Cancer Center Patient and Family Forum, Dr. Deborah Schrag, Chair of the Department of Medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, presented a research keynote address. She discussed recent research efforts to deescalate treatment in order to improve patients’ quality of life. Dr. Schrag previously served as the Chief of the Division of Population Sciences and as a Professor of Medicine at Dana-Farber Cancer Institutes and is an oncologist focused on the treatment of patients with gastrointestinal cancers, particularly colorectal cancer.
