First child-friendly antimalarial 10 year anniversary [Video]

Celebrating the 10th anniversary since the launch of the pediatric antimalarial formulation in 2020, Novartis employees and their partners from Malaria Medicines Venture (MMV) talk about the collaboration. Great progress has been made in the fight against malaria in the past two decades. Novartis has been in the front ranks of a revolution in the treatment of malaria for adults and children since 1999. Together with partners, Novartis has delivered more than 1 billion antimalarial treatments, including more than 470 million courses of our child-friendly formulation to malaria-endemic countries, contributing to a significant reduction in malaria death, especially among children.
