Handling sleep and chronic pain [Video]

Hey Warriors,
Let’s talk about sleep and pain. I struggle with both. Here I am posting this at 140am because I am in pain but it’s a pain I can lay in rather than be in complete agony. These two things have saved my sleep, truly, who would’ve thought. Heres to me getting some of my pain under control.
