Houston Texans Dylan Horton reveals cancer diagnosis [Video]

HOUSTON — Houston Texans defensive end Dylan Horton shared big news about his health on social media Monday.

The team released a statement on X, formerly Twitter, from Horton, who revealed that in December, he was diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

In the message, Horton also shared that he’s currently in remission.

“I’m grateful for the love from my family and friends, and support from the Texans organization and my doctors,” he said in the message.

Horton said his focus right now is to go through treatment and then will get back to football.

Horton was a rookie last season, a fourth-round pick by the Texans out of Texas Christian University. He’ a native Texans from Frisco. He’s currently on the team’s Reserve/Non-Football Illness list.
