An award-winning head chef and concierge are among some of the offerings at the private hospital treating King Charles for cancer.
The London Clinic has been the go-to for the royal family over many decades – and also counts Liz Taylor and John F Kennedy among its former patients.
In January the King, 75, was admitted to the private clinic in Marylebone to undergo ‘routine treatment’ for an enlarged prostate.
Doctors discovered an unspecified form of cancer after tests in February. Buckingham Palace confirmed it was not prostate cancer.
His Majesty is no stranger to the hospital. As the then-Prince of Wales, he opened the London Clinic’s physiotherapy department in 1989.
