INDIANAPOLIS — Lung is the number one cause of cancer-related deaths for Hoosiers.It claimed the life of Indy Auto Executive, Tom Wood, in 2010.Now, a $20 million donation from his wife, Julie, will allow the UU Melvin and Bren Simon Cancer Center to advance their critical research on this disease.“Tom and Julie Wood Family Foundation” Professor in lung cancer clinical research, Dr. Nasser Hanna, joins Angela to talk about this generous gift, and the End Lung Cancer Now initiative.
