Lzzy Hale joins Skid Row, promises blood left on the stage [Video]

Rockers Skid Row have announced an amicable split with their current lead vocalist, Erik Grönwall, and have recruited Halestorm’s Lzzy Hale to fill the spot for a number of upcoming live dates.

Following their announcement, which states that Grönwall has stepped aside to focus on recovery after receiving treatment for leukemia and a bone marrow transplant only six months before joining the group, Skid Row revealed that Halestorm’s epic frontwoman Lzzy Hale would be filling in on a few of their scheduled dates. Also, in celebration of Erik’s time with the band, Skid Row plans on releasing a live album “that perfectly captures this moment” in their 35+ year history.
