Make-A-Wish Alabama makes dream come true for Atmore girl battling leukemia [Video]

ATMORE, Ala. (WALA) – Ana Lois, a 4-year-old Atmore girl who has been battling leukemia, had her wish come true Wednesday thanks to Make-A-Wish Alabama.

Our FOX10 crew was there in the Amphitheater at Wind Creek Casino & Resort as Make-A-Wish Alabama, with the help of Bama RV in Dothan, revealed a camper personalized with custom pink finishes in honor of her favorite toy, her Barbies.

This reveal meant a little extra to Ana Lois and her family because on Thursday she will ring the bell for her last chemotherapy treatment.

Ana-Lois’ family is a part of the Poarch Creek Band of Indians community,

This wish reveal is the culmination of World Wish Month, a celebration throughout April that honors the anniversary of the wish that inspired the founding of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
