Man Administered World’s First Personalised MRNA Vaccine For Melanoma [Video]

The world’s first “personalised” MRNA vaccine against melanoma, which is considered to be the deadliest form of skin cancer,has been administered to a cancer patient from the UK.

Having melanoma growth cut out of his scalp in August last year,Steve Young (52), has been given the vaccine as part of the Phase 3 clinical trial.

The vaccine has been designed such that the immune system can recognise any remaining cancerous cells in the body & wipe them out, which also means that the cancer will not return.
