Dr. Liz Sutton of Sutton Dermatology is a Board Certified Dermatologist and fellowship trained Mohs Micrographic Skin Cancer Surgeon. Sutton states that both her and her sister Dr. Leigh Sutton both participated in the fellowship. They focused on learning Mohs surgery for a year so that they could provide the best care to their patients.

“In Mohs surgery, the surgeon, such as myself or my sister Leigh Sutton, removes the tumor then it’s processed in a lab in our clinic,” said Sutton. “We then evaluate it under the microscope and we’re able to see if there’s any cancer remaining at the edges.”
