Medical Marijuana Testing Advisory Council Meeting Mar. 27, 2024 [Video]

The Medical Marijuana Testing Advisory Council (MMTAC) was first established in 2019 by Senate Bill 1494. The MMTAC fulfilled its original purpose by submitting a report summarizing the council’s recommendations regarding marijuana testing requirements by Dec. 31, 2019.

In 2021, House Bill 2605 established a few new positions for the MMTAC, and directed the council to submit an annual report every January to the Department and state legislature.
