Metastatic TNBC at ESMO Breast 2024: IMpassion132 and MORPHEUS [Video]

Eva Ciruelos, MD, PhD, Hospital 12 de Octubre, Madrid, Spain, discusses findings from the IMpassion132 (NCT03371017) and MORPHEUS (NCT03424005) trials, which both assessed treatment strategies in patients with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Patients receiving atezolizumab with chemotherapy did not benefit in the IMpassion132 trial, whereas the MORPHEUS trial demonstrated promising activity in patients treated with atezolizumab and sacituzumab govitecan. This interview took place at the 2024 European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Breast Cancer Annual Congress in Berlin, Germany.
