Scan Update: Surprises and Setbacks

In this scan update, I was expecting to tell you that the cancer had completely healed. Although the cancer was the same as last time, on this scan, new inflammation was identified in my pancreas and liver. Turns out, even survivors have setbacks! (maybe spicy poppadums and high-dose niacin weren’t my best friends.) ️

In this update, we’re facing some new inflammation, exploring whether the new inflammation is cancer or not, and I set out what I’m going to do about it which includes specific foods for my liver and a new approach with specific yoga moves for my liver. Spoiler alert: my pancreas is already back on the mend!
