Nipah Virus – The Next Pandemic?

The Nipah virus had recently been prevalent in the news. As the COVID-19 pandemic was so recent, the thought of another world-stopping virus has many worried. In this video, we breakdown the virus and dispel fears by examining lessons learned from past pandemics.  

This video was made by McMaster University students Safa Akram, Hannah Faber, Clark Ramos, and Catherine Zhang in collaboration with the Demystifying Medicine McMaster Program.
