The world’s most infamous acquitted murder defendant O.J. Simpson has reportedly been diagnosed with cancer, per Miami’s Local 10 News. Various sources told the outlet that the former athlete, 76, is suffering from prostate cancer.

In addition, Simpson—who previously resided in South Florida— is apparently undergoing chemotherapy in Las Vegas. It’s been said that he’s told his family and friend rumors have been circulating about him being in hospice care.
