Radhika Bansal, MBBS, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN, explores the feasibility of hospital-based outpatient (HBO) management post-CAR-T therapy for patients with multiple myeloma (MM) and lymphoma. She highlights remote patient monitoring, outpatient management of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) with tocilizumab, and the incorporation of home visits by community paramedics.
