Sacituzumab govitecan and other ADCs in prostate cancer [Video]

Umang Swami, MD, MS, University of Utah, Salt Lake City, UT, comments on the various antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) being investigated for prostate cancer, including sacituzumab govitecan. The ADC consists of a trop-2-directed antibody linked to SN-38, the payload. Dr Swami additionally highlights nectin-4-directed antibodies in clinical trials.
