Andres Ricaurte-Fajardo, MD, Weill Cornell Medicine, New York, NY, comments on the possibility of using radioligand therapies in earlier stages of prostate cancer, which are currently administered in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). Radioligands have been very promising in pretreated patients, especially in those who progressed on androgen-receptor signaling inhibitors (ARSI), and studies are underway to assess radioligands in earlier lines of therapy..
