In 2016, at the age of 31, Sean Wachter was diagnosed with Stage IV melanoma with leptomeningeal disease, a condition in which the cancer spreads to the spinal cord fluid, compromising brain functions. He was told that he had 12 weeks to live. Sean chose to fight, and throughout his cancer journey, he defied the odds. Now, with a second chance at life, he is committed to spreading awareness, cancer advocacy and support.
