Testing for rare mutations in lung cancer in the US [Video]

Debora Bruno, MD, Seidman Cancer Center, Cleveland, OH, discusses the current state of genomic testing in lung cancer in the United States. Whilst there are many targeted therapies for lung cancer, identifying patients who will benefit is crucial. Utilizing techniques such as next-generation sequencing (NGS) can enable testing for multiple alterations but testing rates are currently relatively low, especially in the first-line setting for non-small cell lung cancer. This interview took place at 2024 Targeted Therapies of Lung Cancer Meeting (TTLC 2024) in Santa Monica, CA.
