Fox News contributor Dr Mark Siegel is “very encouraged” by King Charles going home, believing it is probably not lymphoma because he would have expected him to be “treated in hospital” for it at least initially.
Buckingham Palace has announced King Charles has been diagnosed with a form of cancer but did not specify what kind.
“If they found this now another possibility might be lymphoma,” Dr Siegel told Sky News host Piers Morgan.
“Lymphoma is immediately treatable as well, but, again, I would’ve expected the King to be treated in hospital for that, at least initially.
“I’m encouraged by the fact that he went home and that he’s getting the treatment as an outpatient. I find that very encouraging.”
