{TRANSCRIPT}: – My name is Dr. Zhijian Chen. I’m a Neuro-Oncologist at Baptist Health Miami Cancer Institute. My area of expertise, including offering therapeutic approach to primary brain cancer, metastatic brain cancer, neurological complications of cancer treatment. The medical advancement in my specialty include the molecular biology understanding of the cancer, cutting edge imaging technology, radiation technology, and also the clinical trial and medical treatment of cancer. My philosophy care of my patient is we not only treat the patient on their health, physical health, but also their mental health. Not only their quantity of life, but also their quality of life. Empathy plays very important role in patient care. That makes patient feel that we are part of their group, so they know we care about their pain. Miami Cancer Institute also has the state-of-the-art imaging and radiation technology to treat our brain tumor patient.
