Zoe Ball gives update on mum’s health after pancreatic cancer diagnosis [Video]

Zoe Ball shared a heartbreaking update with her fans as she revealed her mum, Julia Peckham, was moved into a hospice earlier this week.

The radio DJ had previously taken time off her show to look after her mum, who has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.

Last month she revealed the cancer is ‘quite advanced’ and the family were focusing on making memories together.

She has now revealed that Julia has been ‘gently’ moved into a hospice as the 53-year-old presenter dedicated a Bon Jovi song to the paramedics who helped them.

‘Mum’s in hospice now, pretty tough at the moment for the family,’ shared Zoe as she thanked the people ‘who are really looking after mum’.

Zoe has had to take time off her show, meanwhile her Mamma Mia talent show with Alan Carr was shelved in April.
