Assessing vaccine delivery in lung cancer care [Video]

Adam Januszewski, St Bartholomew’s Hospital in London, discusses the use of vaccines in lung cancer medicine. While acknowledging the intriguing data on vaccine use, he highlights the need to assess the readiness of healthcare systems to deliver such treatments efficiently to lung cancer patients, who often present with frailty and comorbidities. While structures for vaccine delivery may exist, Dr Januszewski emphasizes the uncertainty surrounding their timely administration to patients who urgently require treatment.
