My Lymphoma Story: Undergoing Chemo & CAR T-Cell Therapy [Video]

Daniella shares her journey battling stage 2 primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma, a rare non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Her first symptoms were a cough that turned to bronchitis and night sweats. She was misdiagnosed with doctors saying it was pneumonia or possibly tuberculosis. She later got her cancer diagnosis after a CT scan revealed a large mass in her chest.

She underwent six rounds of R-CHOP chemotherapy, followed by CAR-T cell therapy and radiation, experiencing side effects like hair loss, fatigue, and nausea. Despite challenges and setbacks, she eventually achieved remission.
