Joe Biden defended his memory after a special counsel report on his handling of classified documents ahead of the presidential election.

The president slammed parts of the report released by Special Counsel Robert Hur, released earlier, and was outraged at a suggestion that he did not remember what year his late son, Beau Biden, had died from brain cancer.
